Please take a moment to read my policies page for information on custom orders, care of my pieces, shipping and return policies.
I accept Paypal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Etsy gift cards through Direct Checkout via Etsy. Please note that Etsy does not allow any seller to see any credit card information (just as Paypal does not).
Please make your payment immediately on any items that are in your cart. Etsy does not allow items to "hold" in your cart, so until you pay for them, they will not leave my shop, and it allows for someone else to purchase them in the meantime.
Each piece of jewelry will come in a gift box. Gift wrap options are available at checkout. Please indicate what event (Birthday, Christmas, etc.) in the notes to seller.
For ready to ship items, I will ship within 2 business days (not including weekends) of payment using First Class Mail. Made to order and custom orders can take between 1-2 weeks. If you need faster shipping, or would like to add insurance, please let me know before purchase so I can adjust the shipping for you.
Make sure your address with Etsy is correct. I am unable to replace an item that is lost due to an incorrect address.
I am currently not shipping Internationally.
Please keep in mind that shipping costs cover much more than postage. It covers all packaging as well. Most of the time, I do not break even on what I charge for shipping. I usually lose a little bit.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I go to great lengths to provide accurate measurements of each piece that I list. Etsy does a wonderful job of showing large pictures of each listing to show the detail of each piece. This can make a piece feel larger than it is - for this reason I take a picture of each with a penny and on my hand to provide a sense of scale to each piece. Please take the time to read each listing and go through each picture I have provided. If you have any other questions or would like additional pictures, I will be glad to provide them for you. Since I take all of these measures, I will not accept returns for items due to size perception.
If an item arrives damaged, or if a problem arises with any of my pieces, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do what works best for you, whether through repair, replacement, or refund.
All sales are final.
Custom Orders - Custom orders will be accepted on a case by case basis.
***Please note that I am not accepting custom orders at this time***
If you would like for me to create a piece using a sea glass you have found, please know the cost of the piece is based on the materials (silver) and the labor involved in hand fabricating the piece. Sea glass pieces will need to be "jewelry quality" - mostly flat, smooth edges, and not so thick that a bezel will not fold over the top to securely hold it. Please contact me for more information.
Custom orders will take a bit more turn around time than regular orders. It could take up to 2-3 weeks for each order (though typically never this long) depending on if I have to place an order for supplies, how many items are in each order, and how many orders I am already working on. I do require payment before I will begin any custom order. There will be clear and prompt communication through each step of the process. I also like to take and send pictures of where I am in the process.
Since it takes me the same amount of time to create each piece, regardless of how many are ordered, I do not offer discounts on multiple orders. I try to price my pieces fairly based on time and materials up front.
All custom orders are final sale.
If you have any ideas or questions, just convo me! Let's get something started!
Hand Stamped Pieces - Hand stamping is the process of striking a steel stamp with a design on it onto a piece of metal. The letters will not be perfectly straight, like an engraving machine would make. To me, this adds to the character of the piece.
Sterling Silver - I use unsealed silver, which may require a little more maintenance than a sterling silver piece that was commercially produced, since there are sealants that are used in the manufacturing process. I recommend polishing from time to time with a jewelry polishing cloth, and avoid swimming or sleeping in your jewelry.
Enamel - Enamel is powdered glass that is fused to metal (I use copper or fine silver) in a 1500° kiln. While it is durable, it is still glass, so take care to not drop or hit your jewelry against anything, or bend the metal underneath. It may crack or break.
Stones - Each stone has a different hardness. Stones like turquoise and variscite can be softer than others, as well a porous. I recommend avoiding showering or swimming wearing artisan pieces.
