Size 7 1/2 Sieber Agate Stacking Ring

Size 7 1/2 Sieber agate stacking ring. I chose a simple setting to accent the natural beauty of the Sieber agate.

Sieber "agate" is a 1400 year old glass slag by-product of the copper smelting process from that time period (700s). It is found in Sieber Valley in Germany, giving it its name.

Details:
- Measures 3/4 x 1/2 inch
- The bezel is fine silver, while the backplate and ring shank are sterling silver
- The ring shank is 2mm wide
- Stacking ring - it sits up a little so you can add other bands around it
- Ready to ship in 1-2 business days

Process:
To create this ring, I use traditional silversmithing techniques including sawing, filing, soldering, hammering, and hand polishing.
